RETURN POLICY

The Palate hopes to provide the best customer service possible and if you are not entirely satisfied with our products you may exchange or return the shipment within 15 days of the initial shipping date.

We will not refund shipping charges or pay for shipping on returns or exchanges.

Items not returnable are all marked-down or special order merchandise is a final sale and is not returnable. Customized Laudable Linens are not returnable. Any used product is not returnable.
