The Season's Abundant Vegetables Cooking Class - 08/22/20
Mary's One Hour Class
Saturday, August 22nd @ 1PM
In this class we will be focusing on tomatoes and corn both at the height of their season.
We’ll be sampling 3 summer side salads that use ingredients abundant at this time of year.
Some classes may extend over an hour depending on questions and discussion.
Mary graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years inspiring others in the art of cooking. Her approach is to educate and encourage everyone to create and experience the pleasure of simple quality food that nourishes the soul.
