Mushroom Risotto - Craving a savory woodsy creamy risotto, encompassing the flavors of fall? Risotto is easy if you know a couple of simple techniques that boost its flavor to satisfy the soul. We will create and sample a mushroom, leek risotto using a combination of dried and fresh mushrooms.
Mary graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years inspiring others in the art of cooking. Her approach is to educate and encourage everyone to create and experience the pleasure of simple quality food that nourishes the soul.
