Marinades - Ever wonder if your marinades really penetrate the surface or are they just fancy coatings that mostly burn off when you cook your meat. We’ll explore how marinades work, what are the best ones for different types of meat and how to use them to add the most flavor to your dish.
Some classes may extend over an hour depending on questions and discussion.
Mary graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years inspiring others in the art of cooking. Her approach is to educate and encourage everyone to create and experience the pleasure of simple quality food that nourishes the soul.
