Italian Love nests and Sweet Pepper Crostini
Learn to make and sample these two classic Italian appetizers. Italian Love Nests are individual cheesy baked pasta cups with prosciutto and sage. Sweet Pepper Crostini uses a baguette that is topped with a classic combination of vegetables and parmesan.
Some classes may extend over an hour depending on questions and discussion.
About Mary:
Mary graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years inspiring others in the art of cooking. Her approach is to educate and encourage everyone to create and experience the pleasure of simple quality food that nourishes the soul.

Mary's classes generally take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Class Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your registration, please do so a week in advance in order to transfer your registration to another class date.
- Registrations are not refundable.
- All of our cooking classes have a maximum of 10 and minimum of 8 participants. If (for some reason) we get less than 8 registrations we will need to cancel the class.
- All registrations will be applicable to another class date.
