Crab Cakes and Sauces to go with them! – First we will demonstrate how to make a classic crab cake and the tricks to making sure they showcase the rich flavor of the crabmeat. Then we will explore and sample 3 different sauces to use on them
Some classes may extend over an hour depending on questions and discussion.
Mary graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years inspiring others in the art of cooking. Her approach is to educate and encourage everyone to create and experience the pleasure of simple quality food that nourishes the soul.
