Mary's One Hour Class

Saturday, August 8th @ 1PM



Cooking with Fresh Herbs – Fresh herbs are the ace in the home cook’s arsenal.

They’re inexpensive – especially if you grow your own in the summer.-and they add a ton of flavor.

In this class we’ll explore how to use fresh herbs and sample 3 different flavor profiles. We will demonstrate how to clean and store herbs, how to prepare thyme and how to chiffonade basil.


Some classes may extend over an hour depending on questions and discussion.


About Mary:

Mary graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years inspiring others in the art of cooking. Her approach is to educate and encourage everyone to create and experience the pleasure of simple quality food that nourishes the soul.

  • Cooking Class Details

    We are so very excited that you will be joining us for this Cooking Class!

    Mary's classes generally take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

    One hour classes are $30 per person.

  • Class Cancellations

    • If you need to cancel your registration, please do so a week in advance in order to transfer your registration to another class date. 
    • Registrations are not refundable.
    • All of our cooking classes have a maximum of 10 and minimum of 8 participants.  If (for some reason) we get less than 8 registrations we will need to cancel the class. 
    • All registrations will be applicable to another class date.
