Welcome to The Palate, where fine wines and charcuterie come together to create a unique and inviting atmosphere. Our charming patio is the perfect place to gather with friends, both old and new.  Our sommelier is on hand to assist with selecting the perfect wines and pairings. Come join us and enjoy our delicious wines and charcuterie, and make some new friends along the way.  We offer both indoor and outdoor seating, weather pertmitting.  

Reservations are welcome but not necessary.

PINOT GRIGIO, CASALE DANTELLO, VENETO, ITALY

Bright golden yellow color with acacia flowers, apricots and peaches on the nose. Full flavor with pleasant acidity, plenty of fruit and a persistent finish. This wine is authentic and characteristic of a much higher price point.

A perfect summer wine and a crowd pleaser! This Vouvray provides fragrant honeysuckle, vibrant citrus, golden apple & ripe pear. Medium-bodied, slightly sweet & crisp on the finish.

CAMPET, ROSÉ, FRANCE

This wonderful rosé comes from vineyards in the very heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps. It's 43% Cinsault, 33% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 4% Rolle (aka Vermentino).

Delicately sweet and frizzante, which means "lightly sparkling", this Moscato d'Asti tastes like sunshine and rainbows. Made from almost 40 year old vines, you'll find bright stone fruit and rose petals wafting from the glass. A fresh ginger note gives it complexity.

By renowned NYC sommelier, David Gordon, this label was created to provide a "house" wine that brings quality and value simultaneously. It certainly delivers, with smoky black cherries, rose petals, raspberries, milk chocolate & plum skin.

BORDEAUX ROUGE, BORDEAUX, FRANCE

Incredible value in this lovely blend of Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot! It opens with a perfumed nose of red plum, dry forest floor & subtle violet. Bright red fruit on the palate, plus espresso, a touch of black plum skin and prominent, but silky tannins.

Try this with a grilled burger with aged white cheddar, bacon and tomato jam. Big, bright fruit abounds, along with a slightly smoky, peppery note. This has a bit more power than your average Gamay and we love it!
