    Take your cooking to the next level by learning classic techniques that you can use to make any meal - from a weeknight dinner to an elegant dinner party. As we work through class you’ll be sampling sautéed vegetables, caramelized onions and seared chicken breast that’s finished with a simple sauce using the deglazing method. Sit back and enjoy an afternoon of instruction and fun.

      Classes are limited to 14 people.

      • If you need to cancel your registration, please do so a week in advance in order to transfer your registration to another class date. 
      • Registrations are not refundable.
      • All of our cooking classes have a maximum of 14 and minimum of 8 participants.  If (for some reason) we get less than 8 registrations we will need to cancel the class. 
      • All registrations will be applicable to another class date.
